Class registration process

I. Registration process for open session courses provided by Softrel, LLC is as follows: 

     A. Submit a PO to sales@softrel.com for the desired training course no later than 15 days prior to the first day of class.  The terms of the PO must not be greater than net 30 days. OR

     B. Purchase the class online no later than 15 days prior to the first day of class.  Once you complete the online purchase you will receive your course confirmation, location and map.

    Late registrations or walkins cannot be accomodated.

    Cancellation policy - Cancellations made made after 5 pm Eastern time on the 15th day prior to the start of the class will result in a 0% refund.

    Course fee does not include travel, meals, transportation, etc for students.

II. Registration process for the online self guided SFMEA class.

     A. Submit a PO to sales@softrel.com for the desired training modules OR request a credit card link. Indicate the number of people taking the training and the number of modules.

     B. The student(s) taking the online class sign a copyright, usage and license agreement.

     C. The student(s) receive login information and student materials.
